KJLC Story:
I joined as Territory Sales Manager for Netherlands, Italy, and half of the UK. I then transitioned to the manufacturing team in the Hastings facility as a Product Specialist to help quote vacuum chambers in the European Market. I later moved over to Pittsburgh from Hastings to assume a more global position as a Product Specialist III.

Title: Asia Supply Chain Supervisor

KJLC Story:
I started to work at KJLC Shanghai Company in the year 2007 to the beginning of 2013, handling the work of purchasing and outsourcing. During the first five years, I had a lot of opportunity to travel to our suppliers as well as the global headquarters. From the beginning of the year 2013, I was promoted to China Supply Chain Supervisor. With the help of the supply chain team, I could free my hands to study more and practice supply chain management work. With the development of Asia business, we are trying our best to offer more help and support to global companies.

Beginning Title: Accounts Assistant

Title: European Finance Manager

KJLC Story:
I started in practice accountancy at the age of 16, and continued throughout my University degree until making the switch to industry at the age of 23, joining KJLC. My first role was that of an accounts assistant. After a couple of years I was promoted to Senior Accountant, dealing more with the monthly management accounts, month end journals etc, tasks that I felt were suited to my previously gained experience. Since March 2014 I have been in the position of European Finance Manager, heading the finance department for Europe. In a relatively short space of time I have worked my way up the department gaining experience of each position along the way. I feel this is key in managing a team and being able to complete any tasks I ask of my staff.

Beginning Title: Technical Support Engineer

Title: Asia Technical Support Manager

KJLC Story:
I joined KJLC as a Technical Support Engineer, then I stayed in US for 6 weeks for training. I worked very close with our sales team at that time. One year later, my job title changed to the Asia Quality Manager, but I still took the role as the Technical Support Engineer. As I spent more time on the pre and after technical sales, my job title changed to the Asia Technical Support Manager. Now I focus on the pre-sales cycle, especially on PED products.

Beginning Title: EDC Assistant

Title: EDC Coordinator

KJLC Story:
I started at KJLC in July 2011 as an European Distribution Centre Assistant (EDC). My first couple of years at KJLC saw me learn all of the aspects of the job, over time I started to take on additional responsibilities such as Hazardous shipping and Materials. During a warehouse move I began to take a more lead role in the day to day operation of the EDC. When an opportunity came up for the EDC Coordinator position I applied and was successful. I have been in post for just over a year now and have found my new role to be both challenging and rewarding and I am very proud to be at the helm of the European Distribution Centre.
