Micro-Electronic Box Sources

Overview

Micro-Electronic sources are available as smaller scaled versions of our standard evaporation sources. These sources are best used where space is limited or for lower power systems. Heaters can sometimes be used more than once when heating the same material, but often the evaporant "seals" the lid to the body, making separation impossible and, therefore, preventing fresh material from being placed in the correct location.
